Mudrick & Associates partnered with the digital marketing team of a $7B retailer to deliver AI-powered personalization across one of its largest customer outreach channels. Using a TensorFlow-based neural network and a scalable microservices architecture, we developed a recommendation engine capable of generating customer-specific product and image recommendations for more than 50 million customers based on historical purchasing behavior and engagement data.

The personalized recommendations were embedded directly into the retailer's 2024 Valentine's Day email campaign, ensuring that each recipient received content tailored to their interests and shopping history. To accurately measure business impact, the campaign was deployed using randomized A/B testing, with half of recipients receiving personalized emails and the other half receiving standard marketing content. This approach provided clear insight into improvements in customer engagement, conversion rates, and incremental revenue.
